Venus in Aquarius

“Help! How can I understand my Venus in Aquarius partner?” — someone asked this question recently, and it could not have come at a more perfect time. Venus moves into Aquarius on January 17th and everyone’s relationships will have a hint of Aquarian energy for a couple of weeks. (It’s also perfect because my Venus is in Aquarius so I understand this placement just a lil bit, although rule #1 is: no Aqua Venus man or woman is the same.)

Appreciate their willingness to really understand who you are, as a human. Appreciate that they might never see themselves (or you) as human. Appreciate their weirdness. Appreciate that they embrace your weirdness. Appreciate that they want to hear your ideas. Appreciate that they’re willing to experiment…food, sex, travel — I promise, they won’t deny anything you want to try (but they’ll definitely be pissed if you try it without them). Appreciate that they never want to change you. Appreciate that they love you for you.

Respect them. Respect their need for independence. Respect their need to retreat. Respect their need to explore. Respect their ability to electrify the people around them. Respect their love of that band you hate. Respect their need to express themselves, maybe in a way you don’t understand. Respect their feelings. Respect their loyalty. Above all, respect their friendship — if that ever crumbles there is NO going back.

This isn’t just about understanding Aquarius Venus people. No, this is about understanding the energy of our love and money relationships for the next couple of weeks. Venus in Aquarius will encourage us to embrace eccentric partners and outlandish money making ideas. Don’t be afraid to tell your boss that crazy idea because.. it just might work. Live your truth, keep your heart open and prepare to be electrified!
