Jupiter Retrograde — This Week!

Each year, Jupiter — planet of luck, expansion and higher knowledge — goes retrograde for several months. This year, Jupiter retrograde in Scorpio will begin on March 9th and end on July 10th. What exactly can we expect during Jupiter Retrograde?

A test of faith. Scorpio is always “testing” us, and Jupiter represents our faith in a higher power. This doesn’t always mean religious faith, just the general idea of faith. What do you believe in? How can you solidify your belief in your goals? How can you use your faith to manifest your goals?

Below is a little cheat sheet for what to expect during this year’s Jupiter retrograde. Be sure to check both your rising sign (for what is happening on a day-to-day basis) and your sun sign (for your overarching Jupiter theme this year). *That* is where your faith will be tested. *That* is where you need remain steadfast. Aries & Aries Rising — Your 8th House. How secure are your intimate relationships and business dealings? How are you expanding your business ventures? What about your psyche — how are you expanding there? What are you accumulating? What beliefs (or habits) about finances are you re-writing? Will you allow yourself to accept the true intimacy and fortune (not necesarily monetary) you deserve?

Taurus & Taurus Rising— Your 7th House. What contracts have you been considering lately? How is your relationship with partners? How is your relationship with yourself? In what ways are you ready to expand and strengthen your relationships?

Gemini & Gemini Rising — Your 6th House. Is your daily routine serving your best interest? How is your diet? Your work routine? What needs to be cut out? What do you need to focus on? Use this time to focus on a new and healthier you.

Cancer & Cancer Rising — Your 5th House. What are you passionate about? What brings you the most joy? How can you bring more joy into your life and into the life of others? This could be through children, sports, hobbies — just think passion. What brings you passion? What areas of your life have been void of passion? How can you align your life to experience the joy and passion you deserve, daily?

Leo & Leo Rising — Your 4th House. Your home life is ready to expand — are you planning a big move? Are you beginning to plan for a family? How can you bring more spirituality into your home? Do you see the connection between your inner home and outer home? Focus on creating equilibrium between the two during this time.

Virgo & Virgo Rising — Your 3rd House. How are you communicating with your community? Where is your voice being heard? Where does it need to be heard? What part of your story do you still need to tell? This is your focus, don’t get caught up on past stories, or what is coming next. Now is time to focus on *this* story, that you are still creating in the here and now.

Libra & Libra Rising — Your 2nd House. Money making ventures will need your focus. Have you begun earning money in a new way recently, or earning more? Have you become more aware of your self-worth? Hold on to any positive feelings and forward motion that you’ve felt in past months and build on that. Do not get discouraged from any financial (or emotional) setbacks, and instead, see these as opportunities to address any weaknesses or oversights in your plan.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising — Your 1st House. Who are *you*? What do you stand for? How would you like others to *see* you? Focus on enhancing yourself and your greatest strengths. Focus on expanding your *self*, and let other people see the true you. People want the information and knowledge that you have been storing (hoarding) and these next few months are about you stepping into your higher self.

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising — Your 12th House. This is a period of spiritual overhaul. Now is a time to reconnect to your spiritual center. Review and release past pains. Release any fears that might be holding you back. What do you believe in? How is your spiritual pain affecting you now? Where are you ready to go, spiritually?

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising — Your 11th House. Look around your social circle…evaluate what is working and what isn’t. What type of people would you like to surround yourself with? How can you build your professional relationships or expertise? Are there organizations that would be beneficial to join? How can expanding your community help you expand your self?

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising — Your 10th House. Are you hyper-focused on your career right now, or maybe your social status? Who are you to the world? Who would you like to be? Are those two versions of *you* aligned? If not, now is the time to focus on re-aligning and being stepping into the highest version of yourself.

Pisces & Pisces Rising — Your 9th House. Have you been focusing on expanding your higher self? Now could be a time to focus on any goals around higher education or broadcasting. Do you have a message that you’d love to share with a larger audience? Or maybe you’re hoping to expand your mind through travel or studying an ancient topic? Keep moving forward and understand that your ability to feel and connect with your emotions is what will guide you toward the philosophy that you need to adapt at this time.
